We are a production company based in the UK and the USA. The company focuses on the production of original, commercially viable content for the global television marketplace.
We involve a highly experienced team to produce a diverse range of quality entertainment that engages audiences across the world.
We are committed to cultivating a diverse and inclusive community. We believe that a diverse workplace stimulates innovation and inspires creativity. Our goal is to have a cast and crew that is representative of the audience that watches us.
The founding directors are Penny Aicardi, Mike Bayliss, and Matt Butler. The three joined forces with a love for music, a vision for film, and a passion for business to create ARBANLAY LLP in 2021.
